Este cambio ha impulsado desde 2019 la b\u00fasqueda de proveedores\u00a0<strong>Tier 2<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>Tier 3<\/strong>, aunque persisten desaf\u00edos en su desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Durante su participaci\u00f3n en el\u00a0<strong>Congreso Internacional de la Industria Automotriz en M\u00e9xico (CIIAM)<\/strong>, Manuel Montoya, director general del Cl\u00faster Automotriz de Nuevo Le\u00f3n (<strong>Claut<\/strong>), explic\u00f3 que el impacto del tratado se refleja en toda la\u00a0<strong>cadena<\/strong>. \u201cEl T-MEC s\u00ed est\u00e1 obligando al T1 a localizar en Norteam\u00e9rica su proveedur\u00eda. Las T1 han estado buscando proveedores desde 2019 de T2 y T3. Hay dificultades porque buscan empresas financieramente sanas y con criterios\u00a0<strong>ESG<\/strong>, cuando antes se tra\u00eda todo de China\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El directivo explic\u00f3 que este viraje exige un esfuerzo coordinado para que los proveedores\u00a0<strong>locales<\/strong>\u00a0se consoliden como una opci\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>competitiva<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>confiable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En M\u00e9xico, la proveedur\u00eda nacional se encuentra en un proceso de\u00a0<strong>maduraci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Adriana Macouzet, vicepresidenta de\u00a0<strong>PPG Latinoam\u00e9rica<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 la importancia de esta evoluci\u00f3n. \u201cSin la agilidad de la\u00a0<strong>cadena de suministro<\/strong>\u00a0la industria automotriz no podr\u00eda existir. Cada vez hay mayores requisitos para asegurar que la proveedur\u00eda se d\u00e9 desde la base y con est\u00e1ndares globales. Tenemos que apoyar a los proveedores, compartir talento e ingenieros, y garantizar vol\u00famenes de compra para que inviertan. La pintura y recubrimientos, aunque parecen insumos b\u00e1sicos, son considerados\u00a0<strong>autopartes<\/strong>\u00a0directas indispensables. No hay veh\u00edculo que se pueda vender si no est\u00e1 pintado\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Localizaci\u00f3n de proveedur\u00eda y desarrollo de Tier 2 y Tier 3<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Desde\u00a0<strong>Bosch<\/strong>, el \u00e9nfasis est\u00e1 en preparar a la cadena para la\u00a0<strong>transformaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0tecnol\u00f3gica. Eduardo Watty, vicepresidente de ventas de soluciones de\u00a0<strong>movilidad<\/strong>, subray\u00f3 que es importante mostrar a la cadena de suministro las megatendencias como\u00a0<strong>conectividad<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>seguridad<\/strong>. \u201cEl 70% de nuestros insumos son de M\u00e9xico, pero necesitamos proveedores regionales de\u00a0<strong>semiconductores<\/strong>. Las dificultades est\u00e1n en cumplir con las caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas y normativas. No solo los proveedores, sino tambi\u00e9n el gobierno y la academia, deben alinearse para acelerar este proceso de\u00a0<strong>transici\u00f3n<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ante esto, Alberto de Icaza, director de asuntos internos de\u00a0<strong>ZF M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la industria ha dejado atr\u00e1s la l\u00f3gica de competir \u00fanicamente por\u00a0<strong>costos<\/strong>. \u201cHist\u00f3ricamente hubo presi\u00f3n por costos, pero ahora buscamos proveedores con\u00a0<strong>calidad<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>innovaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, disciplina financiera y compromiso\u00a0<strong>ambiental<\/strong>. M\u00e9xico ya no es mano de obra barata, est\u00e1 en la etapa de desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Por \u00faltimo, el directivo apunt\u00f3 en el\u00a0<strong>CIIAM<\/strong>, organizado por la\u00a0<strong>Industria Nacional de Autopartes<\/strong>, que la localizaci\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>microchips<\/strong>\u00a0sigue siendo uno de los puntos m\u00e1s\u00a0<strong>cr\u00edticos<\/strong>. \u201cNo es f\u00e1cil que se avienten a una planta en M\u00e9xico de ese sector y calidad. Pero es un paso necesario para construir la base de la\u00a0<strong>industria<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Retos tecnol\u00f3gicos: semiconductores y est\u00e1ndares ESG<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">M\u00e9xico necesita fortalecer su base de\u00a0<strong>proveedur\u00eda<\/strong>\u00a0con proveedores\u00a0<strong>certificados<\/strong>, resilientes y con capacidad de\u00a0<strong>innovaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Esto implica atraer inversi\u00f3n extranjera, pero tambi\u00e9n impulsar a las empresas locales a trav\u00e9s de alianzas con\u00a0<strong>universidades<\/strong>, desarrollo de talento y\u00a0<strong>transferencia tecnol\u00f3gica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La\u00a0<strong>transici\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0est\u00e1 en marcha.
