De acuerdo a Alfredo Arzola L\u00f3pez, director del Cl\u00faster Automotriz de Guanajuato, la evoluci\u00f3n del tratado implica <b>mayor complejidad regulatoria<\/b>, nuevas certificaciones y controles para proteger la competitividad industrial frente a Asia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En particular, las <b>reglas de origen y fiscalizaci\u00f3n<\/b> se vuelven m\u00e1s estrictas. Estas medidas buscan evitar malas pr\u00e1cticas y garantizar que las cadenas productivas permanezcan dentro del bloque regional.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Reglas m\u00e1s estrictas para proteger empleo y competitividad<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Arazola apunta que, las nuevas reglas del tratado buscan mantener el empleo en Am\u00e9rica del Norte. Adem\u00e1s, buscan evitar que empresas utilicen insumos externos sin cumplir requisitos regionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En el pasado, muchos tr\u00e1mites operaban bajo esquemas de <b>confianza empresarial y buena fe<\/b>. Sin embargo, autoridades detectaron irregularidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Por ello, el sistema actual incorpora <b>auditor\u00edas m\u00e1s rigurosas y controles comerciales m\u00e1s estrictos<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Certificaciones ahora integran seguridad nacional<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El nuevo enfoque del tratado incluye variables adicionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Entre ellas destacan:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>control de <b>precursores qu\u00edmicos<\/b><\/li>\n<li>combate al <b>tr\u00e1fico ilegal<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>ciberseguridad<\/b><\/li>\n<li>seguridad fronteriza<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Estas variables ampl\u00edan el alcance del tratado. El comercio internacional ahora integra temas de seguridad y estabilidad regional.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>M\u00e9xico y Estados Unidos deber\u00e1n alinear reglas para 18 pa\u00edses<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Un reto central del T-MEC ser\u00e1 la relaci\u00f3n con pa\u00edses externos.
